Jeremy Wayne is the current restaurant editor of Tatler, a Condé Nast title, and hosts the annual Tatler Restaurant Awards, one of the industry’s leading events, now in its 11th year.  He was restaurant editor on the Guide section of The Guardian for 14 years and is UK correspondent of Food & Wine.  He has also contributed to the food and travel pages of The Sunday Times, Vogue, Vanity Fair and Gourmet, and has appeared on two series of Masterchef.  In North America he has worked with the prestigious Relais & Châteaux organization, driving up standards in their Grand Chef restaurants in the USA, Canada and the Caribbean.  He has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and restaurant business.  He established Jeremy Wayne Associates in 2006.
