We specialize in quality assurance through ‘mystery shopping’, a recognized business practice which has been around since the 1940s, but which has never been more vital than in today’s competitive hospitality market.
Quality Assurance is a device for learning all the things you need to know about your hotel or restaurant; things you may already know about but didn’t realize were doing you harm. Posing as genuine guests, our professional evaluators, drawn from the industry, visit your establishments anonymously and prepare a comprehensive report following their visit. These reports, using the unique JWA score℠ system, help you maintain and strengthen your business, point out the pitfalls before they become disasters, tell you what you’re doing right (and should be doing more of), what you’re doing wrong, and who your strong and weaker staff members are.

We help iconic, city hotels as well as resort, small boutique and country properties; a 200 mega-brasserie as much as the 30-seat village bistro.
