Established in 2007, we are a group of dedicated hotel and restaurant professionals, headed by Jeremy Wayne, who all have a background in hospitality. We specialize in Quality Assurance through ‘mystery shopping’, a recognized business practice which has been around since the 1940’s, but which has never been more vital than in today’s competitive hospitality market.

Quality Assurance is a device for learning all the things you need to know about your hotel or restaurant;  things you may already know about but didn’t realize were doing you harm. Posing as genuine guests, our professional evaluators, drawn from the industry, visit your establishments anonymously and prepare a comprehensive report following their visit. These reports, using the unique JWA score system, help you maintain and strengthen your business, point out the pitfalls before they become disasters, tell you what you’re doing right (and should be doing more of), what you’re doing wrong, and who your strong and weaker staff members are. 

We offer information and insights that it would be virtually impossible to gather by any other means. Our quarterly reports and information show you how to reduce your overheads, become more efficient, improve your standards, play to your strengths and see how you are performing. We don’t work for you, we work with you, your team, and, where appropriate, your PRs, publicists and promoters. Jeremy Wayne personally oversees every report and backs up reports with one-on-one consultation at regular intervals.
