Established in 2007, we are a group of dedicated hotel and restaurant professionals, headed by Jeremy Wayne, who all have a background in hospitality. We specialize in quality assurance through ‘mystery shopping’, a recognized business practice which has been around since the 1940s, but which has never been more vital than in today’s competitive hospitality market.
Our clients are some of the most exciting hotels and restaurants in the UK and USA. We help iconic, city hotels as well as resort, small boutique and country properties; a 200 mega-brasserie as much as the 30-seat village bistro. So long as our clients have passion and drive and want to be the best, we will work effectively together.
A new client in the USA recently expressed it like this: “After three reports with JWA – i.e. in less than a year – we saw an increase in our bottom line of almost 0.5%, which was directly attributable to changes and improvements we made on the advice of JWA following their reports. That may not sound like a great deal but our turnover at the time was in excess of $11 million. You do the math!”
